How a Repair Runs
From Recovery to Valet
Following an accident, our team have one aim: to get you back on the road as soon as we can, with a minimal amount of inconvenience.
- STEP 01
Recovery
If your car is not roadworthy we will have it recovered professionally so that the repair process can begin without delay.
- STEP 02
Estimate
For minor damage you can visit us, or a mobile estimate can be arranged. We compile a fully itemised estimate for you or your insurance company.
- STEP 03
Repairs
Once repair costs have been agreed with you or your insurance company, we will proceed with repairs.
- STEP 04
Paintwork
All paintwork is undertaken in our up to date spray booth oven, which provides a dust-free environment, then baked to paint manufacturers recommendations.
- STEP 05
Valet
All paintwork is fully polished and quality checked. Once completed, your vehicle will be valeted.
